‘Swallows Retreat’ is semi-detached to the side of the main house Craig Dhu, originally built for a retired sea captain in 1919.   Set in a tranquil and beautiful location, on the edge of the ‘NoTake Zone’, a newly designated marine conservation area, the atmosphere is of an idyllic rural retreat, whilst very accessible to a wide variety of amenities and activities.    Enjoy the changing light and scenery across well established gardens, towards Lamlash Bay, the village centre and the hills beyond.    Hear the dawn chorus and the sound of the pretty burn running nearby.    Take a ten minute stroll along the seafront into the village to shop for gifts, food, find something to eat, sample the wide range of beverages in the bars, or simply relax using the many leisure facilities available locally.
