A  warm welcome awaits every visitor to the beautiful and fascinating Isle of Arran, and in particular, Craig Dhu Holiday Cottages.  The  self-catering accommodation is  semi-detached to the main house (built for a retiring sea captain in 1919).   Set in a peaceful and rural location at the edge of Lamlash village.  There are well maintained and colourful gardens to the front and rear, with private off-road parking for guests.   We are on the seafront and south east facing where guests can enjoy panoramic and uninterrupted views of Lamlash Bay, Holy Isle and the River Clyde beyond.  From our patio, you can watch seals, swans, herons, squirrels and other wildlife on the waters edge.  The Bay is also a popular area for water sports and visiting yachts and motor boats.   The properties are owner managed, an advantage if guests need anything as we are always there and available to help. 

The area is centrally located and an ideal base for walking, golfing, cycling, other sports and reacreational activities.  It is only just a ten minute walk along the seafront into Lamlash village for shops, restaurants, bars, the golf, tennis and bowling clubs.
